1: How do I start with MyStamp?

You can book a call with us or contact us by email, then we will explain in more detail how our system works and if necessary show it to you. If you wish to participate, we can install it within a day at your store. This way you can start generating more loyal customers in no time!

2: How do customers start using my loyalty program?

A customer can start using the loyalty program by downloading the MyStamp app on their phone. The app has a wallet for saving stamp cards, loyalty cards, and coupons.

3: How do I give stamps to my customers?

After customers have made a purchase, they can receive a digital stamp by scanning a QR code which is presented on a tablet that we offer to our clients.

4: How can a customer claim a reward?

Once a customer has a full stamp card, he/she can claim a reward that is chosen by the merchant. It is claimed within the app, where a voucher is unlocked when pressing “claim reward” on a full stamp card. The reward may only be redeemed in the store and not at home, since it will disappear shortly after opening.

5: Do I need any hardware?

Yes, we offer a tablet and a beautiful tablet stand for free. This is placed on your counter next to your payment terminal, where customers can easily access it. The tablet runs a MyStamp web app, on which your personal loyalty program is presented, using your brand materials. The tablet is used as a medium to generate single use QR-codes that customers can scan to receive stamps. Also it is a nice reminder that customers can use MyStamp at your store.
